Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting leather products while providing detailed product knowledge and recommendations.  
•  Manage store operations in the absence of management, ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing sales environment.  
•  Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments.  
•  Maintain inventory levels and assist with restocking and merchandising.  
•  Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

•  Proven strong sales and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.  
•  Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain motivation when working independently.  
•  Knowledge of leather products and bike culture is highly advantageous.  
•  Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings and weekends.  
•  Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning.
