ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service and Sales
Provide best-in-class customer experience through effectively communicating the benefits and features of CaseMogul's products and services.
Meet Minimum sales targets base on store volume.
Secure sales by capturing customer information with accuracy when processing transactions through a POS system.
Operations
Complete inventory checks in their entirety in a timely manner.
Maintain store presentation standards by following CaseMogul's merchandising guidelines, upholds restock level and packaging organization.
Create a safe and comfortable environment by maintaining cleanliness and optimizing customer flow throughout the store.
Device Repairs
Ensure execution of repairs is handled to the CaseMogul standard of efficiency, accuracy, and care with utmost attention to detail.
Employee Development
Welcome new employees, team sell, and lead by example on CaseMogul's customer service, operations, and device repair standards.
Requirements
- 1 year customer service and sales experience
- Must speak fluent English
- Must have existing knowledge of all Apple and Samsung devices that are sold in Canada
- Must have full-time availability up to 44 hours per week
- Wants to grow with the company
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
